Social media are so bad for your brain. They want to get you hooked so they can show you as many ads as they possibly can and make a bag. Money is the only thing they care about. I don't want to support platforms like this. I stopped using my social media accounts recently and I would like to encourage you who is reading this to stop using them as well.
